The first thing you’ll likely notice with the Pixel 5 renders above is that they make the device look a heck of a lot like the Google Pixel 4a.

The dual-lens camera module is a dead-ringer for the one on the Google Pixel 4, sure, but the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner (!!?!?) and the solitary selfie camera housed in a left-aligned display cutout are just like what we’ve seen on Pixel 4a leaks.

As far as we’re concerned, this looks like a souped-up Pixel 4a rather than a real follow-up to the Pixel 4.

In other words, it’s very possible the Google Pixel 5 could look like the images shared here, but don’t bet everything on that just yet.
