The 73-year-old celebrity chef detailed her very realistic daily habits in a witty comment left on an Instagram post shared by Reese, 45, in which the actress opened up about the wellness-focused lifestyle changes she is 'working towards' at the start of the year. .

For Reese, that means starting each day with a big glass of water, getting outside for at least 10 minutes every morning, and spending 30-60 minutes reading without any distraction4

In her Instagram post, Reese explained that she recently started to think about her routine after reading the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. 

My friend sent me this book called Atomic Habits and it was really interesting,' she explained. 

'I wanted to just share what my daily habits are that I'm really working on and the ones I've trusted for a long time.'
