Picking the color: In the clip, he tells Gwendolyn she's doing a great job and asks his daughter why she picked the color pink for him, and she responded that she thought he'd like it

Heartfelt: He wrote a long heartfelt caption alongside the picture and the clip in which he talked about how much his perception has changed since having children

He finished off his caption by writing, 'Which is to say… if you think I’ll be removing this pink nail polish before pouring concrete with a few friends tomorrow… then you probably don’t have kids ❤️ #girldad.'
