Raphael will be a 5 nm part based on the Zen 4 architecture and would sport a Navi 2 iGPU.

@MebiuW later leaked Intel and AMD roadmaps for 2021 and 2022 that did indicate Raphael would be based on the 5 nm Zen 4 architecture and have an RDNA2 iGPU.

Current mainstream Ryzen offerings top-out at a 105 W TDP, so it remains to be seen if Raphael would change that and how this TDP is shared between the CPU and iGPU cores.

Much like Intel, AMD could be looking to offer both desktop and mobile parts with iGPUs and will likely initiate this change with an RDNA2 iGPU that would be part of both Raphael and Rembrandt.
