Aristocrat Charles Villiers, 58, has claimed his estranged wife, Emma, lied about her age before they were married, saying the betrayal robbed him of the chance to have more children.
Villiers, who is a second cousin to the duchess, said he believed his wife was 35 when they married in 1994, according to The Telegraph, but now claims she was actually 40.
The couple's divorce has already spanned six years and Villiers claims the latest accusation of dishonesty against his former wife is backed up by a previous marriage certificate he unearthed from 1984, according to the Sunday Times.
Villiers also claimed his wife did not celebrate milestone birthdays, which he now attributes to his claim.
Villiers has previously claimed his wife had also engaged in bigamy, having not disclosed a second marriage to him before they married
