Express.co.uk has obtained a copy of the form which confirms the musician from Wareham in Dorset died on April 6 this year, just weeks after it was revealed the pop group were preparing for a major comeback tour.The form says Paul died from a "cardiac arrhythmia, acute myocardial ischaemia and severe coronary artery atheroma and intraplaque haemorrhage".An arrhythmia is a problem with the rate or rhythm of a person's heartbeat making it difficult to effectively pump blood to other parts of the body, according to the NHS.Dorset Police, who found his body, told the aforementioned publication at the time that their enquiries remain “ongoing”.After Paul's death fellow bandmate Hannah Spearritt paid tribute to her "first love" in an emotional statement.
