Candid: Kate said she struggled with her 'curvy' figure because of the unfair expectations put on women in the industry, and claimed: 'People would talk about me like I was different'?

Despite her previous concerns, Kate said she is happy with how her figure looks now, as she added: 'I feel very proud of my 45-year-old self.'  .
