Past worries: Kate Winslet revealed on Thursday that she had concerns about her 'curvy' figure and how she looked in a body bag in Contagion.

However, Kate did stipulate that she feels the film industry has changed, and said she 'values and appreciates' how she can embrace her natural beauty in Ammonite.

Struggle: Speaking about the movie, Kate (pictured in Contagion) said: 'I get slung into a ditch in a body bag.

Candid: Kate said she struggled with her 'curvy' figure because of the unfair expectations put on women in the industry, and claimed: 'People would talk about me like I was different'.

Despite her previous concerns, Kate said she is happy with how her figure looks now, as she added: 'I feel very proud of my 45-year-old self.'
