Adam Bishop and JF Caron Tie On 400kg Deadlift for Reps - BarBend

Adam Bishop and Jean-Francois Caron took part in a contest involving deadlifting 400 kg (882 pounds) for reps.

When all was said and done, they tied with four reps each, so neither man was able to break the record of five.

Heinla tied the record for most reps performed in 75 seconds with the weight but was unable to break it.

Bishop started and was able to perform 4 reps in the first 25 seconds of his time but was unable to secure the fifth.

He performed five reps with 400 kg at the 2017 Giants Live World Tour Finals.

The other is Konstantine Janashia who performed the same number of reps at the same contest.

He is no stranger to world records with this weight because he holds the record in the 400 kg frame carry for 20 meters in the fastest time with a time of 8.26 seconds.

This Saturday July 11th in another head to head Feat of Strength, JF Caron faces off against Adam Bishop in the 400kg deadlift for reps World Record attempt.

– June 20th saw Rauno Heinla win the head to head against Jerry Pritchett with 5 reps in 75 seconds.

– Can Caron or Bishop beat Heinla to set a new record of 6 reps.
