Nickelodeon, which is ViacomCBS (VIACA)childrens' network, posted a "declaration of kids' rights" on its official Twitter account with the hashtag "Black Lives Matter."
"You have the right to be seen, heard, and respected as a citizen of the world.
You have the right to your opinions and feelings, even if others don't agree with them."
In a statement to CNN Business about some of the negative reaction it received, the network said it was letting the ad speak for itself.
